  • Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?
    Yes, it is better to use your own cleaning equipment and products for a regular or catch-up service so that you know exactly what is being used in your home. If you would like product and equipment supplied by the cleaner, there is a small additional cost. For a one-off clean such as a move out or spring clean, specialised cleaning equipment and products are provided as part of the service.

  • What day can I have the cleaning done?
    Our cleaners can be very flexible. Arrange suitable day and time with either our Area Coordinators or with your cleaner directly. It’s that easy! The benefit of coming home to a neat and tidy home without having to give it a second thought is what matters most.
  • What can I expect after booking a cleaning service?
    Are you having trouble making the move to hire a cleaning service for your home? It isn’t uncommon for people to hesitate about this. Bringing someone into your home and trusting them to clean it right can bring some people stress and apprehension. But, the good news is that a great domestic cleaning service knows how to make you feel at ease. The first step of the process with any great agency is getting to know the cleaners themselves.
  • How many hours will it take to clean my home?
    It is up to you to decide the number of hours cleaning you want provided.   • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, but it is important to arrange a meeting with your cleaner to discuss your needs prior to the service starting. Our cleaners provide the best service when they completely understand your cleaning requirements and how to use your equipment. We find that an initial meeting will help make both you and your cleaner happy. If you are not going to be home during your house cleaning, you will, however, need to arrange access to your home with your cleaner.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and products?

From background checks to thorough training, when you hire our services, you can expect results that are nothing short of excellent. Initially, we interview a home cleaner applicant on the phone. The shortlisted meet us face to face. IDs are checked, police backgrounds and work history are scrutinised. We then invite the successful applicant to a two day Workshop where they learn our specialised cleaning techniques and procedures.
  • How do you deal with customer issues and concerns?
